Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return period after you receive your order. You can easily register a return through our returns portal. There you will immediately see the available return method and any return contribution.
Return conditions
During the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, you may inspect and try on a product as you would in a physical store. If you use the product more than necessary to assess it and this causes a reduction in value, we may deduct that reduction in value from your refund.
For our additional return right from day 15 through day 30, the item must be unused and undamaged, with any labels still attached and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
Items returned without prior return registration may not be processed correctly. If you have any questions, contact us at info@fightfanatic.eu.
Return costs
We do not charge a return contribution for returns from the Netherlands or Belgium. For other countries, you pay a contribution towards the cost of the return label. The exact contribution depends on the country and shipping configuration and is shown in the returns portal before the return label is created.

If you receive the wrong, damaged or defective product, you will of course not pay return costs. We may also waive the return contribution for an exchange agreed with us. In these cases, please contact us before creating the return label where possible.
Damage, defects and incorrect items
Check your order after delivery. Is an item damaged or defective, or did you receive the wrong item? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@fightfanatic.eu, so we can resolve it for you at no cost.
Exceptions
For certain products, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply, for example to made-to-measure or clearly personalised products and sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
Gift cards cannot be returned for cash unless the law provides otherwise. Discounted items are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Exchanges
Would you like a different size, colour or another product? Register your return through the returns portal. You can then place a new order for the item you want. Feel free to contact us if you would like help with an exchange; in that case, we may waive the return contribution.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off period
For online purchases within the European Union, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you then have 14 days to return the product.
If you fully withdraw from the purchase, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option offered. Any surcharge for a more expensive shipping method is not refunded. For a partial return, the original shipping costs are not refunded.
Refunds
After receiving the return, we inspect it. We refund the amount due no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you are withdrawing from the contract. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the product or until you can provide evidence that you sent it back.
The refund is made using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. Any applicable return contribution and any demonstrable reduction in value may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
